Jenny Kingston — Divorce and Custody

Jenny Kingston was raised inside the Order and, as a young woman, was placed in an arranged marriage to Jacob Daniel Kingston Jr. — a marriage she resisted. When she refused sexual relations with her husband, court documents reveal he told her she would receive full custody of their children only if she kept having sex with him. She refused. She recorded those conversations.
What the Case Involves
Jenny fled the Order with her two minor children and initiated divorce and custody proceedings. Her case is part of the original 2022 state court lawsuit against the Kingston Group — the same litigation that became Grant, et al. v. Kingston when it was refiled federally in 2024. She alleges:
- Sexual battery and rape by her husband, with the knowledge and implicit approval of Order leadership
- Unlawful conspiracy by the Order and its members to facilitate the abuse
- Deprivation of wages earned working for Order-controlled businesses
